Frequently Asked Questions

Comprehensive answers to the questions clients ask most before we start planning.

Is the first call really obligation-free?

Yes. The initial discovery call is simply an opportunity to explore your ideas, timing, and expectations. You’ll only move forward if you feel confident about the direction.

How detailed is the sample itinerary?

It outlines hotel pairings, experience suggestions, and pacing so you can get a clear sense of how the trip could flow before committing to full planning.

What happens during the hour-long session?

We refine every element — flights you’ve arranged, transfers, dining, shows, and tours — so your itinerary reflects your exact preferences and priorities.

Can you handle bookings too?

Absolutely. Once the itinerary is approved, I can arrange hotel stays, restaurant reservations, theater tickets, private guides, and transfers on your behalf.

How much does your service cost?

Planning fees vary based on trip length and complexity. You can review package tiers in the pricing list, and we can tailor from there.

Do you work with families or business travellers?

Yes. I design itineraries for couples, families, multigenerational trips, executive retreats, and bespoke incentive experiences.

How far in advance should we start?

Ideally 6–8 weeks ahead for the best availability, but I can also accommodate shorter timelines depending on your needs.

Do you only plan London trips?

London is my specialty, but I can also assist with day trips, nearby destinations, and onward travel if it supports your overall itinerary.

Can you work within a specific budget?

Yes. Whether you’re planning a luxury stay or something more modest, I can tailor recommendations to match your budget.

Do you earn commission from hotels or partners?

No. My recommendations are based entirely on what suits you best — never on commissions or incentives.

What happens if my plans change?

I can revise the itinerary and help adjust bookings where possible. Flexibility depends on each provider’s policies, which I’ll always outline clearly.

Can you help with accessibility needs?

Absolutely. I can recommend hotels, restaurants, and experiences that meet accessibility or mobility requirements.

Do you offer support during the trip?

Yes. I offer optional on-trip support if you’d like ongoing assistance while you're in London. This is a chargeable add-on.

Is travel insurance included?

No. You’ll need to arrange your own travel insurance, as I’m not authorized to provide or sell insurance products. I can offer general guidance, but the choice and purchase are entirely yours.

Do you assist with visas or travel sponsorship?

No. I don’t provide visa services, immigration advice, or any form of travel sponsorship. Clients are responsible for securing the correct documentation required for their trip.

Have you personally been to all the places you recommend?

As far as possible, yes — I base my suggestions on personal experience. When a request falls outside my direct sphere, I may recommend places based on trusted feedback, guest reviews, and expert sources.
