1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all travel-planning and related services (“Services”) provided by London Bespoke Travel, a trading name of Red Marina Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (“I,” “me,” or “my”). By booking any Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

2. Nature of Services

London Bespoke Travel provides travel planning, itinerary design, booking coordination, concierge-style support, and optional add-on services for trips to London and nearby destinations.

I am not a travel agent, tour operator, insurer, immigration adviser, or transportation provider. I do not issue tickets, sell travel insurance, or provide visa or sponsorship support. All recommendations are made in good faith based on experience, research, and trusted sources.

3. No Agency or Third-Party Liability

You acknowledge and agree that I do not own, operate, or control any hotels, restaurants, transportation companies, venues, tour operators, or other third-party suppliers. I do not act as an agent, representative, or intermediary for any third-party provider. Arrangements and recommendations are made solely as a convenience to you. All contracts, payments, obligations, and liabilities related to third-party services are strictly between you and the supplier. Red Marina Limited accepts no liability for the acts, omissions, errors, changes, service quality, safety, performance, or policies of any third-party provider.

4. Payments and Fees

Fees: Fees for planning sessions, itinerary building, consultancy, booking services, on-trip support, and add-ons are listed on the Pricing page of the website.

Payment Terms: Payment is required before any work begins. Work completed prior to cancellation remains payable and is non-refundable. All prices are displayed in GBP; other currencies shown are estimates for convenience only.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Planning Sessions, Consultations, and On-Trip Support: Cancellations require at least 7 days’ notice. Cancellations with fewer than 7 days’ notice are non-refundable. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

Itinerary Building and Consultancy Work: All completed work (measured in hourly increments) remains payable and is non-refundable.

Third-Party Bookings and Prepaid Items: Refunds depend entirely on supplier policies. Many prepaid items—including hotels, theatre tickets, timed-entry attractions, drivers, special experiences, and dining deposits—are frequently non-refundable. Red Marina Limited is not responsible for supplier decisions, partial refunds, refund delays, supplier insolvency, government restrictions, or your decision not to travel.

Client Responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing all supplier cancellation and refund policies before confirming any booking.

Changes to Travel Plans: If you modify or cancel plans, you remain liable for all planning work completed, all non-refundable supplier charges, cancellation penalties, and any fees for itinerary amendments.

6. Client Responsibilities

You accept full responsibility for securing valid passports, visas, entry permissions, and required documentation; arranging your own travel insurance; verifying booking details; and complying with supplier rules and health requirements. I do not provide visa assistance, immigration advice, sponsorship, or insurance services.

7. On-Trip Support (Premium Optional Add-On)

On-trip support is an optional, chargeable concierge service billed at an hourly rate. No Service Level Agreement (SLA) applies. Response times are not guaranteed. This is not an emergency or crisis-management service. All time spent communicating, researching, and coordinating is billable in 15-minute increments.

8. Card Holds, Deposits, and Reimbursement

Some suppliers require guarantees or deposits. To secure these on your behalf, I may place a pre-authorised hold on your payment card. By using my Services, you authorize Red Marina Limited to place holds, retain them until your trip concludes, and charge your card for any supplier-imposed fees up to the hold amount (and any additional balance if required). Holds typically remain until 7 days after your trip ends. All charges are processed in GBP. You are responsible for full reimbursement, FX variances, and any bank delays.

9. Limitation of Liability

Red Marina Limited is not liable for any injury, loss, delay, damage, cost, inconvenience, or disappointment caused by third-party suppliers or circumstances outside my control. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant Service. No liability is accepted for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

10. Force Majeure

I am not liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government action, travel restrictions, illness, civil unrest, or supplier insolvency.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Red Marina Limited, its representatives, and subcontractors from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, failure to comply with supplier rules, inaccuracies in information provided, or disputes with third-party suppliers.

12. Intellectual Property

All itineraries, guides, maps, materials, and documents created for you remain the intellectual property of Red Marina Limited. They may not be shared, reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.

13. Privacy

Personal information is used solely to provide the Services and may be shared with suppliers only when necessary to complete reservations. Your data is not sold or used for unrelated marketing purposes.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and all Services are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be resolved solely in the courts of England and Wales.

15. Amendments

These Terms may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking applies.
